Planning a Large Special Event?
What is considered a special event? - Any event put on by an organization that meets the following criteria:

Includes a road closure
Request for alcohol exemptions
Needs City equipment or staff (e.g., park rangers, tables, extra trash cans)
A minimum of 60 days' notice is required for review and approval.
Depending on the nature of your event, you may be responsible for:
Hiring City staff (e.g., off-duty officers, park rangers)
Providing extra portable toilets
Providing a facility deposit that will be refundable after the event
Examples of a special event are Dancing in the Streets, the Donna Marathon, the Turkey Trot, etc.
To begin the process:

Our team will review your submission and provide the next steps.
