ADA Accessibility of this Website

Background

The City of Atlantic Beach strives to make its website Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-accessible.  In the interest of transparency, our site contains City documents that date back to the 1930s.  We realize that all of those documents do not yet meet current accessibility requirements, although we are correcting that. In the meantime, if we receive a request from a website visitor who is encountering difficulty using assistive technology to read content on our site, we will attempt to make the necessary documents and/or pages accessible for that visitor.

If you use assistive technology (such as a Braille reader, a screen reader, or TTY) and the format of any material on this website interferes with your ability to access information, please e-mail us and we will assist you. To enable us to respond in a manner most helpful to you, please indicate the nature of your accessibility problem, the preferred format in which to receive the material, the web address of the requested material, and your contact information. Users who need accessibility assistance can also contact us by phone through the Federal Information Relay Service at 1-800-877-8339 for TTY/Voice communication.

The City of Atlantic Beach’s human resources director is the City’s ADA compliance officer; for information, please email us.
