Beaches WellFest presented by Here Tomorrow is returning to Johansen Park on Saturday, May 3rd for day filled with community connection and education on improving the health of you and your family. Schedule of events includes a Sip and Ruck 1-mile Coffee Crawl sponsored by GORUCK starting at 8:45am, followed by classes and live music on the MBody Yoga Main Stage: Kickoff yoga is at 10am, guided mindful meditation at 11am, and live music from Kalani Rose and the Vibe from 12-2pm. Bring your family, friends and neighbors to this FREE event and connect with over 30 local health and wellness businesses, join in on classes, and grab a bite to eat from one of the local food trucks.
