The City of Atlantic Beach runs an annual Cultural Arts & Recreation Grant Program designed to give a financial boost to local organizations and schools that bring artistic, recreational, and cultural programs, events, and projects to our residents.
The City kicked off accepting applications n June from a wide range of eligible groups, including community service organizations, local businesses, individuals, and our schools. A big focus for us is making sure these cultural opportunities are accessible to everyone in our community.
The Arts, Recreation & Culture Committee will review the proposals. Their recommendations for grant allocations will be sent to the City Commission this October for final approval. These grants will continue to help create a more vibrant and enriched community experience for all Atlantic Beach residents!
