Short-term rentals of residential property for periods of less than 90 consecutive days are strictly PROHIBITED in all residential zones within the City of Atlantic Beach.

- Where does this apply? All areas zoned for residential use.
- Why? This regulation is in place to preserve the character, stability, and quality of life in our residential neighborhoods, consistent with the City's Land Development Regulations.

- Violations of this regulation is subject to enforcement action by the City's Code Enforcement Division.
