Special Meeting of the City Commission

The purpose of the special public meeting will be to announce and to hold a private attorney-client meeting in accordance with Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, and will be confined to settlement negotiations and litigation expense strategy pertaining to the pending appeal, Thomas Bourdon v. City of Atlantic Beach, Case No. 2022-AP-000003. Atlantic Beach is a party to the appeal. The special private attorney-client meeting will be held in the North Conference Room in the City Hall. Following the conclusion of the special private attorney-client meeting, the Commission will reconvene in the Commission Chambers and adjourn the special public meeting.
