Atlantic Beach Dog Park - 268 Aquatic Drive

Dog Park Passes are issued at City Hall.  Please complete the forms below and take to the Cashier’s Counter at 800 Seminole Road with your payment.

Hours of Operation at the Dog Park:  one (1) hour before Sunrise to one (1) hour after Sunset

(Park may be closed for maintenance as needed)

Please print and complete the Application, Waiver and Park Rules form and the Record of Shots form below.  Shot records must be completed and signed by a Veterinarian before access cards and dog tags will be issued.  Bring completed forms to the Cashier’s Counter at City Hall at 800 Seminole Road with your payment.

Annual usage fee $50 for the first dog, $25 for each additional dog.  Lost card replacement fee is $15.  (Sales tax will be added to all fees).
