The Finance and Administration Department of the City of Atlantic Beach is responsible for the administration of all financial affairs of the City, including: the Annual Financial Statements, The Annual Operating Budget, The Long Term Financial Plan, investment and cash management, payroll tax reporting, regulatory and management reporting, grant and pension financial reporting, utility billing and customer service, purchasing, accounts receivable and vendor payable.
