The Adele Grage Cultural Center welcomes back landscape artist, Gordon Russell.

After seven years, Gordon returns with his "Coastal Atlantic Exhibit".  Russell paints the Florida landscape and strives to bring the emotional experience of the viewer into the content of his work.

He began working in acrylics in 1998 and studied with two well-known local art teachers.  After leaving the corporate world ,Russell, a native Canadian , is now an accomplished full-time artist living in Ponte Vedra .  Happiest when sitting in front of his easel, he "finds it exciting and challenging to start with a blank canvas, knowing I will ultimately create a three-dimensional scene in a two-dimensional  format"
