YOGA - JULY 27
Join us at the Adele Grage Cultural Center in the back room from 4-5 pm, for a gentle "Hatha Style" yoga class suitable for all levels.
Yoga is an ancient discipline that unites the body, mind and spirit. On the physical side, the class increases strength, balance and flexibility. For the mind, it creates a greater sense of well-being, sharpens the intellect, improves memory and concentration, and steadies the emotions for a richer and more fulfilled life. On a spiritual level, the practice of yoga leads to self-awareness and inner peace.
Anyone can practice yoga no matter what age, fitness level, weight or religion. Cost is $10 per class. Bring your own mat.
