Oceanside Rotary Skate Park
Oceanside Rotary Skate Park is on the grounds of the Jack Russell Park at 800 Seminole Road. The park is open from 8AM to 8PM daily. Parents or legal guardians of skaters under 17 years of age are required to submit a notarized consent waiver to the City Clerk's office in order to receive a sticker for the skater's helmet before using the facility (this includes competitions and special events). Helmets are required.
The park has a 12' vert 1/2 bowl cutting down to a 6' wall on one side w/ a 6' to 3' on the other and a "hump" joining the two. It has an additional 12' wall with a hubba hole and a "snake run".
The Skate Park hosts a late night skate under lights in winter and an annual skateboard competition in May. See the Parks & Recreation calendar for details on dates and registration.
