Bidders must show proof of possessing a current General Contractor's license, and permitted to do business in the state of Florida. Bidder's MUST attend the MANDATORY pre-bid meeting in order for your bid to be accepted/considered. Bidder's shall also visit the project site to familiarize themselves with the working conditions. Bidder's must show proof of being in business for a minimum of three consecutive (3) years under the same name and tax identification number. Bidder's must show proof of a minimum of three (3) years experience of completing jobs of the same scope and size, and must submit the job title, who completed for, start and end dates, and a brief description of the project.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at the City Hall Commission Chambers, 800 Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233. The awarded bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond. A pre-construction meeting will be held prior tot he project start date. This is a federally funded project, and contractor must comply with all federal regulations, as well as state and City ordinances and rules.
Bids shall be submitted in TRIPLICATE with one (1) being an original and identified as such, and two (2) copies, and one (1) digital copy of the complete original. Bids must be submitted as three (3) complete packets, and delivered in one (1) envelope/package. The OUTSIDE of the delivered package must clearly state your company name, bid number, bid title, and bid opening date. This information MUST be shown on the outter most cover to clearly identify it as a bid.
